Norm Nelson successfully provided $500 million of venture debt to start-up companies around the US for over 20 years. The discipline and due diligence required to assess value and structure favorable transactions was refocused to investigating beach resort properties for Buyers and Sellers on the Costa Riviera. Norm has an MBA, a BS in Economics and holds Mexico's CONOCER Certificate - the Mexican government's only certification for real estate professionals. 

Mary Sue Abernethy brings many years of experience developing and selling real estate in California. Her exceptional interpersonal and closing skills were honed from many years as a noted psychotherapist and speaker on behavioral issues. Mary Sue holds MA and BS degrees and is involved in charitable functions related to the real estate industry in Puerto Vallarta.
