Norm has an MBA, a BS in Economics, holds the United State's NAR (National Association of Realtors) CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) and  Mexico's CONOCER Certificates - the Mexican government's only certification for real estate professionals.  Norm is active in local real estate matters and a past officer, AMPI Riviera Nayarita (local realty board).
