Our focus is on "beach homes" around the Bay of Banderas. You select the geographic areas and neighborhoods of interest to you (see the revolving pictures and descriptions on our web home page) and then we become your exclusive agent acting as your "boots on the ground" seeking sellers of properties (unlisted, privately listed and publicly listed) that we feel will be of interest to you based on your search criteria. We then work with you from the Offer through Close of Escrow including post closing matters (e.g. utility name changes, tracking return of deed, title insurance and the like). The seller pays our commission.
